Coach Siracusa and Coach Ngo saw a need to develop a fun and exciting camp that would keep children physically, emotionally, and socially fit. They have over 20 years of experience combined and have taught students of all ages. Over the years they have noticed an increase in children becoming sedentary for a variety of reasons. Being sedentary can lead to a variety of negative effects such as obesity and type II diabetes. According to the center for disease control and prevention (CDC), regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your physical health. It can help reduce weight, strengthen your bones and muscles, improve mental/emotional health, mood and reduce your risk of type II diabetes just to name a few benefits of physical activity. Coach Siracusa and Coach Ngo also wanted to incorporate core values that would help children be positive role models in their community. Coach Siracusa and Coach Ngo's vision is to develop a camp program that would encompass physical, emotional, and social health! So please join us to make this vision a reality. STRIVE in Sports!!!
